MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) — Mars Chocolate has voluntarily recalled its 24-ounce bag of DOVE Chocolate Assortment Snowflakes.
The popular chocolate manufacture recalled 6,700 cases due to ingredients not listed on the outer package label, including peanuts, wheat and/or eggs.
People who have allergies to peanuts, wheat and/or eggs have the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products, according to a news release.
The chocolate was sold from Sept. 19 through Dec. 1, 2015 in over 30 states. If you purchased this product, customers can return it from the store they purchased it from for a full refund.
