POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) — Surveillance cameras captured two men taking their time in stealing a personal watercraft, Friday morning.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the theft happened outside a home near Northwest 18th Court and Third Avenue in Pompano Beach, at around 3 a.m.
The pair can be seen hooking a trailer holding the Yamaha watercraft to their truck, and then drive off. Investigators said it took them about 12 minutes to hook the trailer.
"They have no concern of people working hard," said Sally Graham, the watercraft’s owner. "They just come in the yard and take what they want. They have no sympathy. They’re not scared. They don’t even care."
If you have any information on this theft, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a $3,000 reward.
