Let's grab a Bite with Belkys.The Chef: Alexa ApostolidisThe Restaurant: Kouzina Greek BistroThe Dish: Seafood Orzo SaganakiIngredients:3 Tbs of extra virgin olive oil2 Tbs of onion, minced6 shrimp1 cup of calamari, cut in rings10 mussels1 tsp of garlic, minced1/4 cup of Ouzo (substitute with white wine)1 1/2 cup of tomato sauce1 pinch of saffron2 cups of orzo Greek pasta1/2 cup of Feta cheese crumblesSalt and pepper, to tasteMethod of Preparation:-Start by pouring a little olive oil over a medium hot pan. Then sauté chopped onions until translucent.-Next, toss in the shrimp, calamari, mussels and minced garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.-After, deglaze with Ouzo or white wine.
