SUNRISE, Fla. (WSVN) — The Sawgrass Mills Mall is hosting a job fair, Thursday, with hopes to fill about 400 full-time and part-time positions.
The job fair will feature more than 65 retail stores. Sawgrass Mills Mall will also be looking to hire for its guest services department.
The job fair is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Fashion Row, between the Forever XXI and Calvin Klein stores.
"Sawgrass Mills is continually expanding, and our retailers need new, enthusiastic candidates to help and welcome the millions of shoppers that visit our center annually," said Sawgrass Mills General Manager David Gott.
"Having a long history as being South Florida’s premier shopping destination, Sawgrass Mills offers great career opportunities and is an economic driver for our region," he added.
Notable retailers include Calvin Klein, Coach, Forever XXI, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors and the Nike Factory Store.
Companies at the fair are welcoming multi-language speakers, with an emphasis on English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Chinese. Organizers encouraged applicants to make sure to be at the mall by 10 a.m., to bring many copies of their résumés and to dress formally.
