WSVN — Do you ever go to a nice restaurant and they bring out the bread basket and then they bring this fancy olive oil with herbs inside? It's herb infused. You pour a little on your plate and it's herby, it's rosemary, it's oregano. Sometimes it's a mix of all kinds of stuff and it's so fancy. It not that fancy, you can do it at home, here's how.
Belkys Nerey:"We've got rosemary, basil, and oregano. You can use all three, you can use your favorite, you can use two. We're going to keep it simple and we're going to go with just rosemary infused olive oil."
Belkys Nerey: "We're going to start by measuring to make sure it's going to fit. This stem of rosemary is a little long, so we're just going to cut off the bottom here and now just in it goes."
Belkys Nerey: "That looks about right."
Belkys Nerey: "Grab your favorite olive oil and just fill her up."
Belkys Nerey: "Pop that back in and there you go. Now you have herb-infused olive oil and you're fancy too. Buon appetito."
