WEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence is scheduled to make a stop in South Florida, Friday evening.
Pence will be at the Renaissance Hotel on Southwest Eight Street, Friday evening, where he will work to court voters to support running mate Donald Trump.
Before his scheduled South Florida visit, Pence made a stop in Lansing, Michigan where he rallied voters to go against Hillary Clinton.
“So while she’s Secretary of State, in charge of all the foreign policy of the United States, over here, she’s got this private family foundation that’s taken millions of dollars from foreign governments,” Pence said in his Michigan stop. “And in between those two things, turns out she has a private server, apparently to keep all of what was going on there out of the public reach, and when it was found out in the media that she had that private server, she used high technology and hammers to try and get rid of the stuff.”
Trump also made a stop in North Carolina before a scheduled visit to Tampa. In North Carolina, Trump touched upon Clinton’s email scandal.
Melania Trump also made a stop in Pennsylvania where she gave her first speech since the Republican National Convention.
The doors at the Renascence Ballroom open at 5 p.m. with the event beginning at 6:30 p.m. Mike Pence will be taking the stage at around 7 p.m.
