WSVN — "So it's that time of year. We're outdoors, we like to grill. Here's our handy dandy tip for grilling during the summer months, especially now that we have mangos.
Phil Ferro: "You take a mango that's just starting to ripen."
Phil Ferro: "What I usually do, is I just kind of peel it off. Peel the skin off."
Phil Ferro: "So what you do … lets suppose that your grilling some pork chops or chicken. Just take a little slice, almost like you would a cheese slice for example, and you take this little slice and you put it on top of the pork chop or on top of the chicken and just let it melt and that is going to kick up the taste of whatever you're grilling and it's going to taste wonderful. And that's my handy dandy mango summer tip."
