FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) — A package thief struck a home in Fort Lauderdale, and left a bride-to-be without items she ordered for her upcoming wedding.
Surveillance video captured the moment a U-Haul truck pulled up to the home located on Northeast 19th Avenue and 62nd Court, on April 14. Moments later, a man jumped out of the vehicle and swiped two packages from the front doorstep.
Fort Lauderdale Police posted the video on YouTube in hopes of tracking down the thief. According to police, the victim had ordered items for her upcoming wedding.
