COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (WSVN) — A missing 5-year-old who went missing Monday was found safe and sound, and is finally back home where he belongs, Tuesday afternoon.

According to Coconut Creek Police, the boy’s mother 29-year-old Tiffany Kiley, who does not have custody over him, kidnapped him from his aunt’s home in Coconut Creek. She was later arrested within 24 hours in Leesburg, Florida. 

Five-year-old Julian Kiley was finally returned to his home with his aunt, Stephanie Kiley, Tuesday, at around 6 p.m. "Our focus right now is to make sure that my sister gets the help she needs and that we’re gonna make sure that Julian gets the help that he needs and that he is happy as can be," she said. 

Police said the boy was fine when he was located.

The boy’s mother remains in jail and is being held without bond.
