FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) — A South Florida man was arrested for allegedly exploiting senior citizens.
According to police, 38-year-old Ariel Paul called the couple, impersonated their grandson and claimed he needed money to get out of jail.
Paul reportedly told them to send him thousands of dollars through FedEx.
The suspected con man was arrested in Deerfield Beach after officials received a tip from his girlfriend.
