WSVN — Join Belkys Nerey as she shows you how to make delicious yogurt popsicles.

Belkys Nerey: "Hey, everybody. I’m Belkys Nerey with this Online Extra! A lot of us buy these little baby-sized yogurt cups. Sometimes you lose track of time and you figure, ‘Oh wow, they’re about to expire, and I haven’t eaten them, and I’m really not ready to eat them. What do I do with them? I don’t want to be wasteful.’ I’ve got an idea for you!"

Belkys Nerey: "All you’re going to need for this Online Extra, really, are these little popsicle craft sticks. You can buy them at any craft store."

Belkys Nerey: "What you want to do is, you just want to take a little knife and poke a hole. Grab your craft stick and just put it right in.

Belkys Nerey: "Ladies and gentlemen, that is it. You’re done. From here, it goes to the freezer."

Belkys Nerey: "Voila! The freezer, as always, does all the work."

Belkys Nerey: "I’m going to pop them off, break them in half. They’re a little stiff, so what I do is, I run them under a little water till they get on the soft side, and we just push it out."

Belkys Nerey: "And there we go, your very own little yogurt pop. You can use them as a popsicle or pop them in a smoothie, but whatever you do, enjoy! Buon appetito!"
