Belkys Nerey: "Hey, everyone. I’m Belkys Nerey with this Online Xtra. Taco night! Everyone loves taco night, right? Sometimes you want to have taco night, but then you realize, ‘Oh wait. I don’t have a taco.’ Or, you do have tacos but you want perhaps a healthier option for taco night? I got you!"

Belkys Nerey: "So for this one, you just need a tortilla. I like to buy the whole wheat ones ’cause it’s healthier."

Belkys Nerey: "Start with the oven cold. That way, you avoid a medical emergency. LOL!  Pull out the rack and give it a little spray. Take your tortilla and flip it over. I do it double. Notice I put it over two, ’cause I like to make room for my stuffing. And then just throw it in, close it, set it to 350 degrees and let the oven do the work."

Belkys Nerey: "So, from the time that your oven gets to 350 to the time the tortilla is nice and crisp, it’s between 10 and 15 minutes depending on how your oven works, but just keep an eye on it. You’ll know. You might want it crispy, not so crispy, just check it out. This one’s ready. Ta-da!"

Belkys Nerey: "So there you have it. You can have this big and healthy whole wheat taco or this tiny little corn taco. Boo! Yay!  Buon appetito!"
