HOMESTEAD, FLA. (WSVN) - Surveillance cameras captured a woman who, police said, ran out of a salon about $1,000 in hair extensions.
The suspect had an appointment lasting longer than three hours, which included a manicure and hair extensions, before running out of the door without paying.
The owners of the salon were left in disbelief that someone would commit such a crime before the holidays.
“People are just trying to get right for Thanksgiving, Christmas and things, and it’s like they’re abusing because we also need that kind of income,” said Enyer Baez, the son of the store owner.
