SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police are investigating after, they said, a woman was found dead inside a home in Southwest Miami-Dade, Friday.
7Skyforce HD hovered above the scene at Southwest 107th Avenue and 43rd Terrace, where, police said, they discovered the body of 44-year-old Barbara Diaz.
Detectives said her death is being investigated as a homicide.
Police said a man showed up at a nearby fire station and made statements that led officers to the home. He was taken to Miami-Dade Police headquarters for questioning.
