FORT MYERS, Fla. (WSVN) — A video showing a teenage girl having sex with as many as two dozen male students at a Fort Myers high school has caused an uproar in a Florida community.
Officials said the clip was recorded in a bathroom at South Fort Myers High, after school hours, Tuesday. It was then allegedly posted on Snapchat.
Students and parents are shocked that something like this could happen on campus. “I just don’t see how that could’ve happened because there is so much security in there,” said student Erin Bollinger. “Like, the teachers are really on top of all of that.”
Concerned mother Megan Roldan said school staff should be more vigilant. “Well, they should be walking around the halls and things like that and know where the kids are,” she said.
The 15-year-old girl’s mother told the Lee County Sheriff’s Office she does not plan to press charges.
A school district official said the students involved have been disciplined.
