University of Miami students plan protest, candlelight vigil

MIAMI (WSVN) - Students at the University of Miami have planned a campus-wide protest and a vigil, Thursday afternoon.

According to the Miami Hurricane, the protest has been scheduled to begin at noon and last until 3:30 p.m. Later, a candlelight vigil will happen at 6 p.m.

Students have privately sent details through Facebook and are expected to gather at the Richter Library, on UM’s Coral Gables campus, located at 1300 Memorial Drive.
