HIALEAH, FLA. (WSVN) - A South Florida medical center received a generous gift, all in the name of cancer research.
The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami was the recipient of a $1,000 donation toward research, Friday morning.
The money comes from Carando Cares, an initiative involving Sedano’s Supermarkets and Carando Italian Meats which supports organizations making a positive difference in their communities.
