SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Border Patrol agents were called to a migrant smuggling operation in Sunny Isles Beach.
Cellphone video captured a boat landing onshore, Wednesday morning.
Border Patrol agents took 17 people into custody.
The investigation remains ongoing.
