NORTH MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) – A parked school bus caught fire near the Golden Glades Interchange, Tuesday afternoon.
The bus, along with several others, was parked in a lot along Northwest 167th Street and Seventh Avenue. Officials said two of the buses were fairly close to one another, allowing the fire engulfing one bus to spread to the other.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews arrived on the scene quickly and were able to put out the fire.
No children were on board at the time of the fire. No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
