FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - Crews came to the rescue of a puppy after a fire broke out at a home in Fort Lauderdale, Saturday evening.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue crews rushed to the scene of the burning house near Northwest 15th Terrace and 14th Street. Firefighters were able to pull the canine from the residence.
Paramedics gave the puppy oxygen and were able to resuscitate him. He is expected to be OK.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
