MIAMI (WSVN) - A teenager arrested for robbing and forcing himself onto a woman in a parked car appeared in court, Wednesday.
According to Miami-Dade Police, 16-year-old Chargois Ramon Anderson was arrested on May 7 for an incident on Feb. 18. At around midnight, in Northwest Miami-Dade, Anderson allegedly approached the 29-year-old female victim who was sitting in her parked car.
Police said the 16-year-old, armed with a firearm, demanded she get out of the car and give him all of her property.
The victim complied, and then, officials said, Anderson made her cross the street towards a duplex where he proceeded to force her into sexual activity.
Shortly afterwards, Anderson fled the scene, according to police.
The 16-year-old admitted to the allegations and appeared in adult bond court, Wednesday, where he received no bond from a judge.
