NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police are searching for two suspects who, they said, fired at a police officer Friday night in Northwest Miami-Dade.
Police said the officer pulled up to a vehicle, around 11 p.m., believed to have been taken in an armed carjacking the night before. The subjects fired upon the officer, striking the police cruiser multiple times, and the officer returned fire, according to police.
Police said the suspects then fled on foot.
The officer was not injured.
