MIAMI (WSVN) - Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a burglar after a South Florida home was hit.
Surveillance video captured a man stuffing a homeowner’s belongings into a backpack before taking off on Feb. 24.
It happened near Southwest 31st Avenue and 12th Street in Miami.
