DORAL, FLA. (WSVN) - A man has been taken to the hospital after he shot himself in the leg outside a Doral furniture store.
According to Doral Police, the man went to pull up his pants and accidentally shot himself in the leg outside of a Rooms to Go, Friday afternoon.

Crime scene tape as well as blood could be spotted outside of the business.
Witnesses and employees inside the Rooms To Go said they didn’t know what was going on and believed the shooting could have been an active shooter or a robbery.
However, it wasn’t until the victim went inside the store and asked for help that they realized what had happened, and they called paramedics.
“We thought it was, first of all, it was a shooter, but then we saw blood, and then he started calling emergency, trying to say, ‘Call 911!’ and that was pretty shocking,” said witness Levi Alvarez.
Officers said the man has a concealed weapons permit.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue rushed the victim to Kendall Regional Medical Center. It remains unclear how severe the injury was.
No other injuries were reported.
Officials are investigating how adjusting his pants led the victim to shoot himself.
