PLANTATION, FLA. (WSVN) - Police have located a man missing out of Plantation.
Rufus Marshall, 54, was last seen along the 400 block of Northwest 42nd Avenue on Dec. 5.
On Wednesday, police said he was located in the City of Miami and has since been reunited with his family.
