SOUTHWEST RANCHES, FLA. (WSVN) - A police investigation has started in Southwest Ranches.
Davie Police were in the area on Mustang Trail and Southwest 136th Avenue for an “ongoing investigation.”
Police have not revealed what the investigation relates to, but they have said that they are searching for evidence. It is unclear what evidence they were looking for.
Several K-9s from the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the search.
Officers could be seen using shovels in the vacant lot to search for clues.
The area has since been cleared.
