WEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police have released pictures of three horses that were stolen from a ranch in West Miami-Dade.

The Agricultural Patrol Section of the Miami-Dade Police Department released a flier on Friday morning to ask for the public’s help in locating three quarter horses taken from a ranch on June 7.

Officials said at approximately 7 p.m. that day, a suspect entered the Triple R Ranch, located at 16120 NW 127th Ave., off Okeechobee Road, rounded up the American Quarter horses and took them from the property.

American quarter horses are bought and sold for around $10,000 each, making this a hefty horse heist.

Now police are hoping someone will come forward with information to help catch the colt crooks.

If you have any information on the horses’ whereabouts, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
