MIAMI (WSVN) - Police responded to reports of a stolen ATV and bicycle in Miami, Tuesday morning.
A perimeter was set up between Northeast 82nd Street and 84th Street on Fifth Avenue.
City of Miami Police officers are now looking for the would-be thief.
According to authorities, the subject was last seen wearing an orange jacket and sweatpants.
