HALLANDALE BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Police have arrested the owner of a Hallandale Beach assisted living facility.
Sixty-four-year-old Victor Gail faces a charge of aggravated manslaughter of an elderly person by culpable negligence.
According to officials, doctors noticed the patient had a largely untreated medical condition that eventually led to that patient’s death.
Investigators believe Gail covered up the victim’s condition while she was at Bernadette’s Assisted Living Facility.
