FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - New surveillance video has been released of a teen accused of a disturbing random attack that ended with a couple losing their lives, and the suspect biting off part of the male victim’s face.

Friday morning, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office released video footage from the night 19-year-old Austin Harrouff stormed out of dinner at Duffy’s Sports Grill while dining with his mother and father, Monday. Harrouff went on to fatally beat and stab Michelle Mishcon Stevens and John Stevens, a married Tequesta couple and attacked a good Samaritan who tried to intervene, officials said.

It took a Taser, a police dog and four deputies to stop Harrouff from completely biting off the face of Stevens. Harrouff has been in the hospital ever since. “This isn’t just a privileged white kid who is gonna get it taken easy on just because he has no priors,” said the victim’s son, John Stevens. “He committed double homicide and tried to kill somebody else.”

According to police, when Harrouff is released from the hospital, he will be arrested and charged with the following:

-First-degree murder in the death of Michelle Mishcon
-First-degree murder in the death of John Stevens
-Attempted first-degree murder in the attempted killing of Jeffrey Fisher
-Burglary of a dwelling while armed
-Resisting an officer without violence

Harrouff is listed in stable but critical, condition. Fisher, who attempted to stop the teen from beating and stabbing the couple was released, Thursday, from the hospital. He was stabbed multiple times.

Meanwhile, a memorial service will be held in Fort Lauderdale, Friday afternoon, for the slain couple.

Ivy Stevens, the victim’s daughter, remembers how much her parents loved the outdoors, being on the water and spending time with their dog, Rebel. “Rebel was a huge, huge deal to them,” said Stevens. “He was on the boat with them all the time.”

The service is set to take place at the Parker Playhouse at 1 p.m. and will be open to the public.
