MIAMI (WSVN) - Police have safely located an endangered elderly woman who went missing out of Miami.
Daphne Lewis Bowe, 73, was last seen at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, located at 900 NW 17th St., at 9:15 a.m., Thursday.
City of Miami Police announced Bowe, who suffers from dementia, was recovered in good condition just before 10 p.m.
