MIAMI (WSVN) - Police have arrested a man who, they said, was caught on surveillance video footage stealing a package from outside a Miami home.
Twenty-one-year-old Luis Lopez has been charged with petty theft and burglary of an unoccupied structure.
Police said security footage from Tuesday’s incident shows the suspect walking up to the home, along Southwest 19th Street and 29th Avenue, and taking the package from near the front door.
An officer spotted him the next day wearing the same clothes.
