A judge has dismissed Raquel’s Regalado’s lawsuit against Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez.
Regalado, filed suit to knock him off the ballot after she claimed the check Gimenez filed to run for re-election was flawed because it has the wrong year on it.
The judge ruled that the voters will decide the outcome of the race come Tuesday.
