MIAMI (WSVN) - The Miami-Dade Police Department Special Victims Bureau is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 29-year-old man.

On Aug. 16, Kenneth Wiggins was last seen at 534 NE 160th St., at around 5 p.m.

He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve polo shirt, black/red camo pants and black shoes.

Wiggins stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has black short wavy hair and brown eyes. He is missing his front teeth, has a tiger tattoo on his forearm and a tattoo with the word “Cathy” on his wrist.

He may be in need of services.
