SURFSIDE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police in Surfside conducted an unspecified investigation outside of a synagogue.
Surfside Police and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded to the scene near The Shul Jewish Community Center in the area of Collins Avenue and 95th Street, just before 6:30 p.m., Sunday.
7News cameras captured a heavy police presence outside of the house of worship, as officers shut down 94th and 95th streets while they investigated.
Police have not yet provided details about the nature of their investigation.
The roads have since reopened to traffic.
