There are now more than 27,800 reported cases of the coronavirus in Florida, with 867 deaths.
As of 6 p.m., Tuesday, the Florida Department of Health reported 27,869 confirmed cases in the state, an increase of 374 from the 11 a.m. update.
There are now 10,056 confirmed cases in Miami-Dade and 4,168 cases in Broward.
The total number of cases in Palm Beach County reached 2,320, and 73 cases have been reported in Monroe County.
Health officials also reported 4,226 hospital admissions statewide.
