MIAMI (WSVN) - The City of Miami’s Department of Fire Rescue held a ceremony and celebrated the graduation of thirteen junior cadets.
The class of thirteen received certificates of completion and showed off all they learned, like basic firefighting techniques and emergency medical procedures, proving they are the first responders of tomorrow.
