A Miami-Dade circuit judge is in legal limbo after she was accused of vandalizing a truck.
Victoria Brennan is accused of smashing a window of a pickup truck parked at her Key Largo home.
Brennan said the incident occurred in late June, after a friend of her son refused to leave.
Brennan paid for the damage, and the driver agreed not to press charges. However, she remains on leave while the Monroe County State Attorney’s Office considers whether or not to pursue a criminal mischief charge.
