MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Miami Beach Police have confirmed a 15-year-old high school student has been found, two days after she went missing at school.
Kenlyn Nicole Velazquez had been last seen leaving Miami Beach Senior High with an unknown female, Friday, at 2:30 p.m.
Police said the teen had skipped school in the past, but had never run away before. Officials said she had been upset in light of her parent’s pending divorce.
Sunday afternoon, police confirmed Velazquez had returned home.
