FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - A South Florida man accused of possessing child pornography faced a judge, Friday.

Sixty-two-year-old Bruce Muehlfelder appeared in bond court on child pornography charges in Fort Lauderdale. The judge set his bond at $155,000.

Muehlfelder was arrested on Thursday after police raided his Southwest Ranches home and found hundreds of printed images of children.

Detectives were shocked by the amount of boxes and thumb drives they found inside of Muehlfelder’s office and an adjacent closet. “They recovered numerous boxes with computers, hard drives, printed photos, CDs and thumb drives that all contained child pornography,” said Davie Police Sgt. Mark Leone. “One of the crime scene photos that I saw had a label on one of the thumb drives that was labeled ‘Pre-Teen.'”

Detectives said Muehlfelder even had framed photos of children performing sexual acts on display. They believe he was distributing the material online.
