PEMBROKE PINES, FLA. (WSVN) - A Pembroke Pines credit union may just beat the Guinness World Record for the largest marble cake in history this Fourth of July.
Power Financial Credit Union definitely has a sweet tooth. In honor of the company’s 65th anniversary, Power Financial along with the assistance of Vicky Bakery will put together 65 sheets of delicious cake at the Pembroke Pines Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks Show.
The cake will weigh more than 470 pounds and can be cut into 6,500 individual slices.
And the best part? All event-goers get a complimentary slice.
The event takes place this Monday, July 4 at 6 p.m.
