MIAMI (WSVN) - A man armed with a knife robbed a Miami Family Dollar store, Tuesday morning, and is now on the run.
According to Miami Police, the armed robbery took place at the Family Dollar, located at 7200 N.W. 2nd Ave., just before noon.
The robber then fled in what police said was a silver or gray Mitsubishi Lancer with extensive front-end damage.
Miami Police remain on the scene at the store. However, an investigation has begun for a neighboring crime scene. Police have not confirmed the relevance of the second scene.
