BISCAYNE BAY, Fla. (WSVN) – Biscayne National Park has issued a water warning after a kayaker discovered a large snake in Biscayne Bay.
The kayaker took pictures of the 9-foot Burmese python curled up on a platform and posted it to Facebook.
The pictures were taken in November in Biscayne Bay.
The snake was later captured and removed, but park rangers said that visitors should still keep an eye out in case a snake is nearby.
