A vehicle spun out of control and crossed over a median on Interstate 75 in Miramar, Thursday morning.

According to police, a vehicle spun out of control and into a construction zone, just south of Miramar Parkway and I-75.

Two people were injured. One person is being airlifted in a fire rescue helicopter as a trauma alert, while the other person suffered minor injuries.

Police said the person who suffered minor injuries was seen leaving the vehicle and running towards an exit ramp before a construction worker detained him and transported him back to the scene of the accident.

This incident is being investigated.

Two northbound left lanes of I-75 are temporally closed.
