HALLANDALE BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Hallandale Beach police are trying to identify a crook who broke into multiple cars, in April, in the area of Northeast Third Street and 12th Avenue.
The man was seen on surveillance footage from April 14 using a credit card from one of the cars at a gas station.
He is described as 5 foot 7 inches and in his 20s.
