FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - The Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale unveiled a new wildlife conservation exhibit, Monday.

The interactive exhibit Wildlife Rescue is meant to draw museum-goers into exotic environments and teach about the importance of wildlife conservation.

“It does relate it to you in a more direct way and keeps it from being something that is so foreign that it has nothing to do with you,” said Kim Cavendish, the museum’s president and CEO. “All of these creatures all over the world have everything to do with us, and we have everything to do with them.”

The exhibit will run through Sept. 6.
