WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - A former Palm Beach Gardens Police officer is out of jail after allegedly shooting and killing Corey Jones.

Thirty-eight-year-old Nouman Raja posted bail, Friday. He was placed on house arrest with a GPS monitor as he awaits trial.

Raja was also ordered to give up his passport and turn over all of his weapons.

He was arrested Wednesday after a grand jury ruled he was unjustified in fatally shooting and killing Jones last October.
