HOLLYWOOD, FLA. (WSVN) - The FBI has announced a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads them to a missing Alabama mother who has not been seen for nearly a month.

Leila Cavett, 21, has been considered missing since July 25 when her 2-year-old son was found wandering in a Miramar apartment complex’s parking lot.

Shannon Ryan, a self-proclaimed witch doctor, was arrested in connection to the case and was charged with the kidnapping of her son.

“We have a missing woman, and I gave the police everything I know,” Ryan said on a video posted to Facebook on Aug. 9.

Now, there is a reward to locate Cavett.

“The FBI is actively seeking information relating to the whereabouts of Leila Cavett,” said Miami FBI Special Agent in Charge George L. Piro. “We are still relentlessly investigating the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. Any information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, may be important to finding Leila. We thank those who have already provided information and urge other members of our community to come forward.”

Newly released video shows the moments when Cavett was at a RaceTrac gas station in Hollywood. Investigators spent Thursday removing two Dumpsters from the gas station.

Ryan claims Cavett got into a vehicle with strangers when she disappeared, but photos and video show otherwise.

“There some guys in a car that she talking to,” Ryan said. “Leila got her and her son and got in the car with those guys.”

New video shows the mother arriving in her own truck and later getting out of Ryan’s car, but it does not show Cavett getting into a car with other men.

The FBI said Ryan’s Lexus was captured on surveillance video in the area where Cavett’s 2-year-old was found. The Lexus is distinguishable due to the heavy damage on its front-passenger side.

At the Walmart next to the RaceTrac, the FBI said Ryan bought trash bags, Duck Tape and carpet odor remover.

Investigators said Ryan also made the following searches on his cellphone:

  • What day does commercial garbage pickup for Hollywood, Florida?
  • Does bleach and alcohol make chloroform?

Ryan remains in Broward County Jail after appearing in federal court.
