MIAMI (WSVN) - Local emergency responders helped pack and transport a shipment of aid for Haiti, Friday, after the country was ravaged by Hurricane Matthew, last week.

City of Miami Fire Rescue and the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Task Force prepared the shipment of water, canned food and other supplies donated by the community.

More than 900 people were killed when Hurricane Matthew hit the island as a Category 4 storm, last week.
