WEST BROWARD, FLA. (WSVN) - The eastbound lanes of Alligator Alley have reopened after they were closed due to a truck fire, Wednesday afternoon.
Units from both Broward County and Collier County Fire Rescue responded to the scene, near the Miccosukee Service Plaza, at around 2:30 p.m.
All eastbound lanes were closed while officials worked the scene. However, just after 4:40 p.m., all lanes reopened.
The truck driver is reported to be OK.
